Glimpse of Oman
Day 1: Meet and Greet
Welcome to Oman! You will be greeted by a representative on your arrival at Muscat International Airport. You will be then taken to your hotel where you have the day to spend at your leisure.
Day 2: Touring the capital city
Today you will be met by your guide who will brief you about your tour. You will be touring the capital city, halting by picturesque locations and places of interest. By dawn you will be dropped off to your hotel.
Day 3: By the Wadis
You will be checking out of the hotel today to take a tour into the interiors of the country, stopping by wadis which make for great scenic pictures. You will make a stop in the town of Sur where you can spend some time at local souqs and proceed to a location to watch a breathtaking sunset.
Day 4: Into the Desert
After checking out of the hotel you will head towards the desert. On the way, you will be halting at a wadi where you can take the opportunity to capture beautiful pictures of nature or just take a swim! You will be then taken to your camp in the desert. Here you will be able to meet Bedouins, check out a camel farm and watch a magnificent sunset over the dunes!
Day 5: A dash of culture
After a sunrise photoshoot in the desert you will visiting old villages, forts and castles to get a glance of Omani heritage. These are great heritage sites and offer insights to the Omani culture. You will be checking in your hotel in the town where you have the evening to yourself.
Day 6: To the top
Today you will be visiting the famous fort of Nizwa in the morning. After, you will be driving off to the majestic mountains! The mountains are lush green and make for some great photos! You may then explore the village and wadi nearby and drive back down to your hotel.
Day 7: Return to Muscat & departure
After breakfast you will be leaving for Muscat. En route there will be stopovers to visit a cattle auction and beautiful forts. On arrival to Muscat you will be taken for a night tour of the city, stopping at delightful locations for pictures of the glittering city. You will retire to your hotel room in thereafter and meet up later for a farewell dinner. After dinner you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home.
